As a former senior manager myself in the Banking and Finance Industry and then as one of the first HCI partners, I have witnessed first hand the difference that thinking leaders can make in organisations and in driving organisational outcomes.

I too am proud of the work and difference I have made with some of these leaders, their teams and organisations here in Australia, China, India and across South East Asia and the Pacific Rim. Some of my client relationships go back over 10 years and it’s rewarding to see how things change over that time.

My focus is working with and developing existing or emerging leadership. More recently my role has been establishing HCI’s Asia office which is where I am predominantly located. I commute back to Australia to support domestic work and clients. I have a style of working that is warm and bold when needed.  I am often sought out as a facilitator, particularly when the task requires some comfort in working with ambiguity whilst still guiding critical and practical outcomes.

My qualifications – a postgraduate in management / commerce a past Vice President of the AITD (NSW) and Fellow of the Securities and Banking Institute of Australia. I’m also accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools - including Strengthscope™.
