Human Capital International Pty Ltd (now known as HCI) was established in 1998, with a vision to add value to the leaders of organisations in the senior and middle management space. 

Today we have a primary focus on the development of thinking leaders at the senior management level - people who will make an impact in shaping organisational effectiveness.

HCI have offices in Melbourne and Adelaide, a strong presence in Sydney and an expanding presence in South East Asia.  With a focus on strengths based leadership, HCI are continuing strong growth in the development of thinking leaders across Australian and increasingly in the Asia-Pacific region.
